I am a firm believer that we are a construct of the experiences we’ve had and the decisions we’ve made. When I talk about sustainability I look back at my life, especially my time on my family’s farm for inspiration. That grocery store’s goals aren’t necessarily the same however. They are in business to make money and as such there are times when the food isn’t as palatable as it should be. Thinking of Eating Healthy? Then Don’t Buy Your Food at a Grocery Store.

Most of us think grocery stores are there to offer a wide range of healthy foods to nourish our bodies. Unfortunately there are days when that fact is questioned and we are left with a sad truth. At one time, perhaps. Today, not so much. I cannot fault a grocery store for offering any food. I just question when nourishment isn’t the primary description.
