1. About Our Services
John G. Kent offers online educational courses for people considering starting, buying, or expanding a boarding kennel or dog care facility. Courses are delivered through johngkentacademy.com, powered by Course Creator 360.
Our courses are designed for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, veterinary, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a course or subscribe to our mailing list. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Course Access and Enrollment
Upon successful purchase, you will receive access to course materials through johngkentacademy.com. Course access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.
We reserve the right to update or improve course content at any time without notice. These changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
4. Payment
All course prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. No Refund Policy
All course sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to complete the course
- Dissatisfaction with course content
- Technical issues on the purchaser’s end

6. Intellectual Property
All content on johngkent.ca and johngkentacademy.com — including text, frameworks, course materials, audio, video, images, and downloadable resources — is the intellectual property of John G. Kent and is protected by Canadian copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission. Personal use for your own learning and business planning is permitted.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
